France Press Spotlight 2024/25 With the support of Paris-based partner agency FLAG, North Carolina sweetpotatoes continued to shine in French consumer media, reinforcing the Commission’s position as a market leader and highlighting the vegetable’s versatility. Collaborative recipe development remained a focus, with the April 2025 photoshoot showcasing trending dishes across France, the UK, and Germany. While 14 consumer coverage pieces were confirmed against a KPI of 25, actual coverage is likely higher due to limitations in media monitoring, particularly for print titles. Halloween recipes proved a standout success, with vibrant visuals capturing seasonal interest. No broadcast opportunities were secured, pointing to the effectiveness of focusing on online and print media. Looking ahead, early planning for recipe shoots—such as finalizing Christmas content by summer—will be key, alongside strengthened coordination between FLAG and Liquid, to maximize seasonal coverage and visual impact in 2025/26.
